Can I change my billing address?

After registration, you will be asked whether your billing address is identical to the sender address. Here you can either continue to use the same address or enter a new billing address.

During the first 24 hours after submitting your shipment order, you have the option of changing the billing address free of charge. After the first 24 hours, the price will have to be recalculated.

The billing address can only be changed via our e-mail address (hello@myartshipping.com). This does incur a cost, however.

Can I change the details of my shipment after booking?

No, this is not possible because the process is fully automated.

You do not have to end your booking immediately. Your data will be stored until midnight CET of the same day.
